A graphic design project built to last. This strategy outline needed to be simple, clear and communicate Warwickshire County Council's commitment to their heritage and culture strategy over a five year period.
Using a largely vertical grid layout system - not unlike a timeline - the piece offers variety for a range of content types and sections. It also allows enough white space to let the content breathe and feel digestible to the reader.
The choice of serif and sans-serif type creates a contrast of new and old, while drop caps pull the eye into the start of each section. The piece was printed for distribution as a saddle stitched booklet, on uncoated stock in a square format.
